Artist statement Project 4

I used a picture from the internet to help me out with project 4. I took some parts from the picture and added some on my own to it as well. I went to contextualizing. The reason is, I want people to understand the nature of our world right now. How its ok as of right now, but if we keep up the pulling and stuff, it could get much more ugly and the outdoors for everyone could get worse. I want people to enjoy the outdoors and see the beauty of it. But if they up the polluting, then it will be gone for all of us. I had no artist that stood out to me. I just found a picture of waterfall off the web and took pieces out and added pieces in. Instead of a waterfall, I added more of a river.

This one I think will go with compare and contrast. The reason is for the shapes and shades this piece of work shows. How one side is darker than the either-or how this shadow is longer than the other. I learned how to do the 3d shapes from many different videos. I did not really have an inspiration for this piece of work. I think that this is a good piece of work. I like how it came and how it looks. It has a filter on it right now, to show a different side to this piece more darker.

project number 6

Proposal For project number six, the topic is synthesizing. For this one, "It's puller smaller pieces into bigger pieces". I don't know what I'm going to do for that right now, I am thinking for some piece that would come out really well with this. Topics that I think I will go with is something with sports. Have small pieces and make them go to the big picture. Have a meaning to it. Like a goal being scored but for someone. Like if a death happens or for someone they care about ( loved one or other.) 5/22/18 I am starting my draft today. I am going to go with the idea that would be the best for me and the topic. Artist statement What I really want to do with my piece is try to get something that goes with Synthesizing.
